All our clients have their own individual client portal. This is created as soon as you complete and submit our Save Me request form but don’t worry, you are under no obligation to sign up with us – we simply create a client portal for all enquiries so that we can try to understand a little more about you and your financial position before we have an initial chat.
From your client portal you can securely submit your personal information and documents, such as bank statements and creditor letters, into your dedicated Pack Room for us to then review and provide you with best advice.
Your portal will be available for you to access at any time of day throughout our relationship with you where you can review exactly where your account is up to, generate reports on your account in real time and make a payment into your account as well as many other great features.
We will also use our bespoke relationship management system to automatically contact you when we need certain documents from you such as your annual income and expenditure review in an IVA, ensuring that your IVA runs smoothly and remains compliant.
